Jessica catered my twin sons 1st birthday party in September. I asked her to come up with a menu, and was bowled over at the delectable selections she made without having to give her any direction. I had attended an event she catered several months prior and was raving about her food. Check out this menu she designed for the babies party:
For the Adults:
– mini chicken sandwiches w/ bacon, avocado, & caramelized balsamic red onions.
– bacon wrapped dates w/bleu cheese & almonds
– caramelized pear, pecan, & gorgonzola dip served with endive spears
– sweet potato empanadas (these can be for both the adults & kids)
For the Kiddies:
– baked mac n cheese cups
– mini calzones
– yogurt parfaits
– apple, peanut butter & raisin stacks
Seriously, I was so impressed with her initiative on everything. She was professional, on-time, made sure platters were full, cleared when empty, and food was served hot/cold as needed. Her set-up was attractive and exactly what I would have done, but she did it better! That’s why I want to share her with my readers. You know you’re going to need help to make this season less stressful. Jessica Hamilton is happily married to an amazing man, has the most wonderful 11 year old son, Austin, and has worked for the Bellagio Hotel for 8 years. She has always loved to cook & is very passionate about food and new recipes. Though she prefers to cook gourmet meals, she is never opposed to a good ol’crockpot meal once in a while, in which her husband & son are her willing guinea pigs for new recipes.
